Implenia, the leading multinational integrated construction and real estate company has selected Custodian for Legal, that is based on Intapp’s, OnePlace Collaboration & Content platform, to offer enhanced email-, document- and case management functionality to their legal department.
In 2020, the market leader issued a request to replace its outdated legacy system, WinJur, with a modern and scalable solution that would support a more collaborative and intuitive way of working. After an extensive selection process, Custodian for Legal and Transform Data International were selected.
Implenia had some key requirements which included seamless non plugin Outlook integration, production of extensive reports as well as stating that all data should be stored within the Microsoft 365 environment. Additional key requirements stated ease of implementation and minimal end-user training. Custodian seamlessly adhered with these requirements and assisted Implenia leverage their existing Microsoft 365 architecture.
The first team within the in-house legal group has been deployed with further rollout ongoing.
